Soothe your soul Sundays are my new online yoga workshop to help you find some space and relaxation during lockdown. The last Sunday of every month from 10am-12pm, this two hour workshop will offer you some gentle yoga, restorative meditation, relaxation and some self enquiry to help you grow into this time.

Yin & Tonic Workshops

Yin & Tonic workshops were born out of the idea that as Mums, we need more time out. I’m passionate about self care and how it can have a hugely positive impact on our mental health but we need to make the space for it. These workshops are run with you in mind and are all about going gently on your body, mind and heart. They are suitable for all levels and include yoga, relaxation and self love tasks.

I run them with my doula sister, the wonderful Laura Stocks, and we focus on the postnatal Mum who is maxed out and overwhelmed and needs a bit of love, relaxation and some time to breathe…
