Birth Support
As an experienced birth doula I can support you in many different ways.
You may be looking for a doula to support you and your partner through your pregnancy and birth as you become new parents. You may be a solo Mum looking for a birth partner or you may feel you need some additional emotional and practical support along the way and a virtual approach would suit you. Have a look at my packages, they are just a guide, think about what you need and we can go from there.
Birth Doula
As an experienced birth doula, I offer you attentive, continuous, loving support from the time you first get in touch to the time you are settled back home with your new baby.
After our initial chat to see if we click, you will receive antenatal sessions specifically tailored to your needs covering everything you need to feel prepared for your birth and to meet your baby.
One hour power call - £50
Need doula support today? One hour to talk through anything you need to…questions about your pregnancy, wondering how to best prepare yourself for a hospital birth or a homebirth, need to discuss choices around induction, wondering if a VBAC is the right path for you, want tips and tricks for labour…literally anything you need to talk through, one hour with me to help you step into your birthing power.
Homebirth preparation session - £175
In this one off antenatal session, I go through everything I can to prepare you for your home birth. In this half day session, we look at your space, go through your equipment, I share massage and breathing techniques, oils to use, share my doula tips for a smooth and calm home birth, I can answer questions about the process, help you feel supported for early labour, reassure your partner and give them tools to support you. As well as on the day we can do some relaxation together, explore different positions for birth and create a home birth plan together so at the end you will feel ready :)
There for you - virtual doula package - £900
Sometimes we want to invest in ourselves but the full birth package may feel like too big a leap or maybe you or your partner are not sure if you want another person with you during the birth but do want all the benefits of what a doula can offer or this is a second or third birth and you have it covered practically but need much more emotional support this time around…the there for you package offers you all the experience and expertise of an experienced doula supporting you throughout your pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period but at half the price by doing it all via phone and online. My support will prepare you and your birth partner so well that having me at the end of the phone will be all you need. It also means whenever you need to talk, I’m there for you. Day or night, for the wobbles and the worries and for all the excitement and the many questions you will have, you have someone you can call on.

Unlimited phone and online support throughout your pregnancy, birth and postnatally
At least 2-3 scheduled zoom sessions with your birth partner for in depth birth preparation (one of these can be in person if you are local to me)
Personalised relaxation scripts for pregnancy and birth including bespoke affirmations
Personalised pregnancy yoga sessions which can be live or prerecorded
If applicable, birth trauma therapy to process your previous birth
A mindful breastfeeding session to prepare for your feeding journey

My lunar package - full birth doula support £1800
two antenatal visits tailored to your needs so you feel positive and prepared for your birth
Alongside your birth preparation, these sessions could include pregnancy yoga, breath work, relaxation scripts, a mindful breastfeeding introduction or a birth debriefing session for a previous birth.

24/7 on call birth support from 38 weeks until your baby is born
attendance at your birth
two postnatal visits to ask any baby/feeding questions and discuss the birth (a full debrief can be done at a later date) as well as any practical support you might need.
One of your postnatal visits could also be a closing the bones massage.

and unlimited phone and email support from the first to the last visit.
The four visits can be taken antenatally or postnatally, sometimes three antenatals and one postnatal is a better fit.
And if available, you can borrow free of charge, my tens machine and birth pool.
My shared care package £2100
I am working more and more in a shared care arrangement. It’s a great way to offer more extensive support with two doulas on the journey with you. Both of us sharing our different knowledge and expertise along with our own set of skills, sharing the on call period and giving you a birth team to lean on. I use a shared care arrangement if I am unable to commit to the full on call period or you would prefer a more united approach to your birth support. You get to choose who the other doula is, depending on availability and who is a good fit for you and includes at least three antenatal sessions and two postnatal visits.
Planned Caesarean birth package £800
If you are having a planned caesarean and would like support on the day, I offer a full day of doula support in hospital for £800 which can include being with you before as you prepare, in theatre as you give birth or postnatally on the ward. This includes a zoom antenatal session to gather your caesarean birth preferences and a postnatal visit to support you with feeding and any other questions you may have as well as unlimited phone support as needed.
Virtual pregnancy package £650
My antenatal only support package offers you two zoom antenatal sessions to prepare for your birth and gather your birth preferences as well as unlimited phone and email support throughout your pregnancy until you have your baby including phone support in early labour if needed.
Virtual VBAC package £750
With a VBAC there is often a lot of processing to do with debriefing your previous experiences and navigating the maternity system to feel heard and fully supported in your choices. There is often more appointments to negotiate and having added support through this can really help.
My VBAC birth prep package is the same as my antenatal package above including the Three Step Rewind Technique session to process your first birth (with birth support if needed being booked later on at an additional cost).
